Yesterday my department chair, Michal organized, a baby shower at her house. It was super cute. There was about 20 people there, mostly from work plus my friends Sabrina from NY, and Cherie from the Merit program. Greg made an appearance with a sharp new haircut. The food was amazing and the kids super thoughtful. The green quilt I'm hold in the picture Michal made. It's beautiful. She also lent me a bassinet for our bedroom that is super precious. Underneath it has the 12 babies that slept in it before baby Notte. Speaking of Baby Notte looks like will meet him/her this Wednesday morning while the US is playing Algeria during our scheduled C-sestion. It's not the original birth plan, but we're super excited about getting to meet baby and have the support of the hospital for the next four nights. Then Barb will arrive on Monday and we just found out John is coming too later that week! For our last weekend sans baby we went to a beautiful restaurant on the ocean near half moon bay friday, relaxed on the coach watching Avator after the baby shower saturday, and right now we're going out for a father's day brunch at a cool restaurant then into some mini golf where I plan to kick Greg's butt.
