Yes, halfway to seeing chappy in person, though we got to see great pictures at the 20 week ultrasound. It was nice that my parents could be there too. We saw the eyes, fingers, toes, bones, heart, brain, bladder, it was all there. I'll put up a ultrasound pic this week. The pictures above are from this weekend. I had the BEST birthday. Friday Greg surprised me with a vegetarian dinner at Greens and tickets to Wicked! Then Saturday my rents arrived and we hung with Mandy and the kids. Sunday, Valentine's Day, we all walked across the Golden Gate Bridge and had a picnic on the other side. Monday I had the doc appointment where they said all was good. Then we went up to Mendocino for two nights. We saw the ocean, redwoods, a pygmy forest, botanical gardens, and had awesome breakfast at the Inn at School House Creek. I got back home and went for an easy run. I'm loving all my news birthday maternity clothes and workout DVDs. I'm ready for the second half of this pregnancy!
What a beautiful pregnant woman! What a beautiful story of your travels too. You could be a travel writer. Its so wonderful to watch from a distance the progress of my grandchild's growth during these precious months within you.
